Welcome to the blog section for Negxy Concept limited the number 1 study abroad agency in Nigeria. This article contains some questions that most of our clients who wish to go for studies in the UK and Ireland ask before and during their admission and visa processing, they are the Frequently Asked Questions. It is and will always be in our best interest to educate you and keep you updated on studies abroad in the most possible ways that we can.
ADMISSION PROCESSING
Prospective study abroad students with the intentions to go for studies in the UK or Ireland often come to us with several questions and if the answers to those questions are properly adhered to, it will result in a successful application process.
Below are some of the questions that our clients ask and the answers to those questions.
(Q1) What documents are needed for the admission processing? (Application Requirements).
The documents needed to successfully process your admission application to the UK or Ireland are:
International Passport
Degree Certificate
Transcript
Reference letter
Personal Statement
CV
English Level Test (This is a necessary document for students who wish to study in Ireland)
Also, in any case, where a person’s document has a conflicting date or name change, he/she must provide a legal document justifying such a change. For example Marriage certificate/ affidavit.
The above documents are the necessary documents needed to successfully gain admission into a university in the UK or Ireland.
(Q2) How much must one have in their bank account for their cost of living (Proof of funds) and how much tuition deposit should be paid.
This can be said to be one of the most frequent questions asked by clients and prospective study abroad students as they see the question to be tricky and sometimes confusing. This is so because when a client comes to us with a request to study in the UK or Ireland, they come with knowledge or information gotten from either a friend or a family member that is currently studying abroad. It is important to know that the tuition deposit to be paid and the proof of funds needed is dependent on the country, the university and course of study.
For example:
The Cost of Living of the academic calendar year for universities inside London is £12,006 while the academic calendar year for universities outside London is: £9,207.
Also, the tuition deposit for universities in the UK varies E.g: The tuition deposit for Birmingham university is £3000, for the university of Hall is £2000, for Bedfordshire university is £6,500.
The Cost of Living for the academic calendar year in Ireland is approximately £8000 and with respect to the tuition deposit for the universities, it is advisable for your tuition fee to be paid in full before going for your visa processing. This is so because regardless of the fact that some universities in Ireland require a certain amount of tuition deposit to first be paid before admission can be given, the Irish embassy will not grant a student visa unless the tuition fees are being paid in full. As such, we always advise our clients who wish to study in Ireland to pay their fees in full not just for a smooth admission process but also for easy visa processing.
Speak with our counsellors today to get detailed information on not only the proof of funds and tuition deposit but also the tuition fees for universities in the UK and Ireland.
(Q3) What are the stages of the admission processing?
They are different stages that prospective study abroad students must pass through before gaining admission to universities in the UK and Ireland. These stages are as follows:
- Know the Country, University and Course to study. Also, find out the Scholarships available as this will enable you to make the most appropriate choice.
- Find out the course duration and the tuition fee of the course. This is important as it ensures that you have made the best choice with regards to the University and Course of Study.
- Apply for admission. Begin your application process, this can be done here at Negxy Concept Limited, as we have over 5000 successful admissions under our belt.
- Provide the necessary document for the Application Process (Application Requirements)
- Pay your tuition deposit (This is strictly for clients with the intention to study in the UK)
- Prepare your bank statement showing your cost of living for 28days (For the UK) and 6months (For Ireland), as most universities demand to see a bank statement before granting admission to a student, as this serves as proof of funds.
STUDENT VISA PROCESSING
Studying abroad is not only about getting admission to study in a university outside your homeland, it also means the ability to travel to attend classes in the university and live as an international student in a foreign land. However, this cannot be possible without a student visa.
